The Story Behind What We Do

The three of us started as corporate colleagues—recruiters who grew into executives, peers who became coaches to one another long before we ever had a business card that said so.

Chris built a nearly thirty-year career leading teams from the ground up, earning recognition not just for results but for the kind of grounded, human-centered culture he built around him.

Stuart went from recruiter to president, leading two large-scale companies, and bringing the discipline and sense of purpose forged during his years as a U.S. Navy veteran into every room he walked into.

Toby has spent his career going deep—coaching executives for nearly fifteen years across ten countries, helping leaders drill into the mindset, behaviors, and skills that actually move the needle, not just on paper but in their lives and in the lives they lead. 

We know what it feels like to be high-performing and quietly stuck. To be successful by every external measure and still sense that something essential is missing. That shared experience is what brought us together, and it is the foundation of everything TRUEPATH is.

    Chris is a retired executive whose nearly thirty-year career spanned from Technical Recruiter to VP of Strategic Operations. He was recognized as an Organizational Significant Impact Award winner year after year, but Chris’s unique focus on groundedness and his mindful approach to executive culture is what helps teams under his direction flourish.

    From recruiter to president of the company, Stuart’s career journey has encompassed entry-level to CEO positions. With experience leading the operational direction and expansion of two large-scale companies, Stuart has earned multiple accolades, including Director of the Year and recognition as the company’s highest revenue generator. A US Navy veteran with diverse life experience, Stuart is passionate about fostering personal growth—within himself and high-performing teams.

    Toby’s extensive career as an executive coach and Director of Business Operations endows him with a unique and intrapersonal perspective that helps businesses, and their executives, drill deep into the skills, mindset, and behaviors that propel success. Toby has been an executive coach to leaders in ten different countries, and is deeply committed to helping others walk on their journey with meaning and purpose.
